February 6, 2014 -    Bring your friends in auditing to hear Dr. Kelly Pope discuss, “Why Excellent Employees Commit Extraordinary Financial Crimes”.  Dr. Pope has conducted extensive research with documented interviews as to why people commit fraud.    

April 9, 2014 & April 10, 2014 – We are providing a 2 day investigation seminar taught by a former attorney in the US Department of Justice.   Michael Johnson teaches lawful and scientifically validated methods of interviewing witnesses, detecting signs of deception and writing investigative reports.    GHBER members are eligible for a 30% discount price of $279.00 per person per day.      This is a change to our regularly scheduled meetings. September 18, 2014 – We try to prevent and detect retaliation in our companies.   Amy Block Joy experienced retaliation after reporting fraud at a major public university.    Companies can learn how far institutions will go to silence the truth of whistleblowers.   

November 6, 2014 – What are the latest trends in the world surrounding FCPA violations?    Scott Lane, The Red Flag Group founder, will discuss past and future trends in the world of corruption and the preventive methods to keep your company from paying and paying and paying.
